Editable starter terms for a cloud-kitchen ecommerce website. Review them for your business and local requirements.
Ordering
Menu availability, prices, preparation time and delivery/pickup options can change. An order is subject to acceptance by the kitchen and any configured payment workflow.
When Owner Approval First is enabled, submitting checkout creates an order request but does not complete online payment until the kitchen approves it.
Scheduling & Availability
Scheduled orders are accepted only for available dates and slots shown by the website. Emergency closures, special hours or capacity limits may affect availability.
If an accepted or paid order cannot be fulfilled, the kitchen may contact the customer to reschedule, substitute where agreed, cancel or refund as appropriate.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, address and delivery/pickup information. Allergen information should be discussed directly with the kitchen when required.
